This is the official Liverpool retro football shirt 1986 from the English football club. The back of the retro football shirt has the Rush (9) print. The retro football shirt is based on the home shirt of the English club which was worn in the 1985-1986 season. The red Liverpool retro football shirt contains a white and a yellow line in the piping and at the V-neck. Main sponsor CROWN PAINTS decorates the football shirt in the center of the chest and the Liverpool FC emblem is applied to the left chest. Material: 100% polyester.

In 1986, Liverpool FC became champions of England and won the FA Cup. Liverpool came close to winning the treble, but failed in the semi-finals of the League Cup. The success was partly due to club top scorer Ian Rush. In this season he would score a total of 33 goals. Liverpool did not play in Europe after the Heysel drama in '85. All English football clubs were excluded from European participation. The 1985-86 season was Kenny Dalglish's first season as Manager. The selection included players such as Ian Rush, Jan Molby and Craig Johnston.
