FILLING YOUR BAG
This punching bag is supplied empty. We recommend filling it with fabric, such as old clothes or recycled scraps of fabric that you can find at your local paint store. You’ll be surprised how quickly it adds up! Once filled, this bag can weigh between 25 and 35 kg. If you need a little more weight, fill a bag with sand, wrap it in fabric and place it at the bottom of the bag.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
To properly care for your punching bag, you can feed it with a leather cream every few months to prevent the leather from drying out. Leather loves nourishment and will last a long time with the right care.
